Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deduce's daily game is free to play. This policy covers our optional Coach subscription and one-time eBook purchases.

The daily game is free

The core Deduce daily challenge, streaks, and leaderboard are free to use. There is no charge to play, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for the free product.

The Coach subscription

Coach is an optional digital subscription that unlocks the puzzle archive and adaptive practice. It is billed in advance for the chosen period (for example, monthly). Premium entitlements are delivered electronically and activate on your account immediately after a successful payment.

The Puzzle Book (eBook)

The eBook is a one-time digital purchase, delivered to your account and email immediately after payment. Because it's a downloadable file you keep, it's generally non-refundable once delivered — but we'll gladly refund you if you were charged in error or charged twice, if a fault on our side stopped you receiving a working PDF and we couldn't fix it, or if you contact us within 7 days of purchase without having downloaded the full book. The free 20-puzzle sample exists precisely so you can judge the book before paying.

Cancellation

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again.
• You keep access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because premium access is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, gladly issue a refund in these cases:

• You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the premium features you paid for, and we could not resolve it.
• You contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not made significant use of the premium features in that period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@deducepuzzles.com with the payment reference / order ID and the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
